Tim and Joy hosted us, my mom Erlinda Bautista, Elizabeth Javier, Alfonso Bautista in the famous Cantonese restaurant at one of the most prestigious addresses in BGC. We cannot wait for the reopening of Makati Shangri La Hotel, hopefully later this year (2023).

We’d also like to thank Lilibeth and Nelson De Villa for a specially packaged bottle of Rosé from EDSA Shangri La Hotel.

It also happens to be the birthday of my brother Noel Bautista who is currently residing in New Zealand. Tita Ami Apostol recently showed me some photos from their collection. One of them is of Noel age 3 at the beach, in black and white.
